The Nets were one of the eight teams that all won their opening home games in the first round of the NBA playoffs after routing a completely overmatched Bulls squad 89-106 on Saturday night.

Now the Nets will look to take a commanding lead in the series when they welcome Chicago for the second game in the series and with the impressive game that Deron Williams and the Nets are playing, there is no reason to believe they can’t do it.  If The Bulls want to have a chance at the Barclay's Center, they are going to need an improvement both defensively and offensively. The team also requires a great game out of Loul Deng on both sides of the ball and will need Kirk Hinrich to score a lot more then the two he did in game one.

An interesting fact to see this Monday night is Brooklyn’s capability to maintain the balance, patience and execution shown during Game 1. The game was the first major sports playoff game held in the city since the 1956 World Series and the atmosphere was simply unmatched.
